Education Mutual are a member-owned DfE approved staff absence protection mutual. We operate solely for the benefit of our members, providing them with budget security via our market-leading cover, along with free healthcare with all memberships.
All member schools benefit from a range of comprehensive health and wellbeing services to contribute toward the prevention of absences in schools. We have added a range of new services for 2022 including stress coaching and Deloitte legal services. Additionally, we have increased our occupational health support following last year’s incredible feedback. Members rate our healthcare services 9/10 and we’ve helped over 1,000 members back to health.
