Our precedent school Employment Manual has been developed with our academies and maintained schools clients over many years. It has had the benefit of the practical input of numerous Heads, Governors and Business Managers, and has also been through the consultation process with all of the main teaching unions.
As law and guidance changes, so does the Manual. We make updated policies available through our VWV Resource Hub, a login area of our website. Schools can therefore keep the Manual up to date without additional cost and can take comfort in its compliance with the latest legislation and best practice.
