The Procurement Act 2023 came into force on 24 February 2025, and it is essential for academy trusts and colleges to familiarise themselves with the new legislation. The Act introduced new legal requirements and processes which require existing policies, procedures, and documents to be updated so that you can ensure all future purchases are compliant.
