Built on a timber frame using biophilic design principles, the bespoke designs are used for a variety of purposes including classrooms, libraries, studios, sports facilities, SEND spaces, canteens, chapels and more. Customers rate them 4.9 out of 5 based on [187 reviews](https://www.tgescapes.co.uk/general-testimonials). Awarded at both the Education Estates and [Modern Methods of Construction Awards](https://www.tgescapes.co.uk/tg-escapes-proud-to-win-two-modern-methods-of-construction-awards-2023), you can be sure you are in safe hands. A new school building project can be a daunting prospect for school leaders who already have plenty of pressures to deal with so TG Escapes provide a **FREE **building design with **NO OBLIGATION.** Then, unlike many contractors, once the fully inclusive price for complete design and build is agreed it won’t change, so you will have no nasty surprises. The offsite modular process is faster and cheaper than a traditional approach and all buildings are bespoke designs and **NET-ZERO** in operation. But with TG Escapes, experience doesn’t come with a high price tag. They have an array of [school buildings](https://www.tgescapes.co.uk/case-studies) available that will fit into your budget. TG Escapes have been appointed to [Pagabo’s Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Small Works](https://tgescapes.co.uk/tg-escapes-appointed-to-the-pagabo-dynamic-purchasing-system) which is fully compliant with UK and EU procurement law for projects up at a value of £3m. Being pre-qualified, you can invite bids for work in the confidence that they have the capability, capacity, governance and business viability your project requires.
