The annual event brings together over 300 School Business Leaders and Professionals from across the UK.
Across the two day event Synergy Partners Matthew Whyte and Declan Gleeson, and Associate Partner Jenny Howard will be in attendance. They will be on stand 13 ready to talk to school leaders about their estate’s maintenance, refurbishment or new build ambitions, plus to give on the spot advice about funding and climate resilience.

Declan Gleeson
Declan is a Chartered Building Surveyor and FRICS member who has an outstanding reputation in the education sector. He has developed long-lasting client relationships with a variety of schools including many large Multi-Academy Trusts. A natural team leader, Declan maintains clear communication on even the most complex building projects and upholds a positive attitude that motivates and inspires his teams.
Matthew Whyte
Matthew is a Chartered Building Surveyor with nearly 23 years’ experience of advising clients within the industry. With 18 years of this experience focused particularly in the education sector, Matthew has developed a thorough understanding of how school buildings work and recognises the priorities of education clients. He is highly skilled in numerous aspects of building surveying, including contract administration, building pathology, undertaking inspections and managing project work from inception through to completion.
Jenny Howard
Jenny has worked for the business for over 12 years and leads the Marketing and Business Develop team at Synergy. An enthusiastic and creative professional with a background in engineering, Jenny has a strong track record of developing new strategies and thinking ‘outside the box’. Jenny is also an invaluable member of Synergy’s CIF team and has helped numerous academies successfully obtain funding with her ability to write compelling and in-depth applications.
