Schools today need more than reactive support. They need services that help staff and pupils feel empowered, included and able to thrive from day one. That’s why Schools Advisory Service has expanded its wellbeing offering with new specialist support services designed to strengthen school communities at every level.
The new ECT Mentoring service gives Early Career Teachers access to tailored guidance and practical support as they navigate the pressures of the profession. By helping new staff build confidence, resilience and professional development from the outset, schools can better support retention, wellbeing and long-term career development.
Alongside this, SAS now offers dedicated BSL Support, helping schools create more inclusive environments for deaf staff, pupils and families. This service promotes stronger communication, accessibility and engagement across the whole school community, helping everyone feel more connected and supported.
Our comprehensive disability support further strengthens this commitment to inclusion. From practical guidance to tailored interventions, these services are designed to help individuals feel supported, understood and empowered within education settings while helping schools build more accessible and inclusive working and learning environments.
