Sika partner with education building surveyors to help secure grants from the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) and allocate School Condition Allocation (SCA) funding for academies. CIF Funding is available to applicants on an annual basis for eligible education establishments. Funding can be used to address significant school condition needs, such as roof refurbishment, windows, boilers, fire upgrades, etc.
SCA funding, available for larger MATs, should be deployed strategically across the estate to address maintenance and expansion needs.
