Health check service for employment contracts
Given the pace of change of employment law, employment contracts can quickly become outdated exposing schools to the risk of falling foul of relevant legislation.
If contracts do not reflect your school’s current practices this can further present difficulties in managing staff and their contractual entitlements. Therefore, regular review of your contracts of employment is essential.
For a fixed fee of £350 plus VAT per contract, HCR’s Education team will:
- Review your template employment contracts
- Highlight areas that are not compliant with legislation
- Advise on any further recommended provisions to ensure the school has the protection it requires
- Prepare a Report confirming the updates required and improvements suggested, including the reasoning behind the recommendations.
We can review the template employment contracts for your teaching and support staff. Following receipt of the report, we would be happy to assist in updating the template contracts to reflect its recommendations and agree a quote based on our prevailing hourly rates.
