PACT HR Launches its new E-learning Hub

Written by PACT HR | Jun 26, 2025 9:07:37 AM

To run alongside our schedule of face-to-face and online training delivered by our expert HR Business Partners throughout the academic year, we are launching our new E-Learning Hub on 1 July. E-learning is a great way to access essential training from a distance, to enhance skills and develop CPD learning opportunities. We will be starting with our Sexual Harassment training, with new courses to be added in the coming months. Our recent delegates rated our training as 5/5 for how useful the training was, and it met 100% of delegate learning objectives. The training will be accessible on Skills4bradford and delegates can complete the training at a time to suit them.

The course is created in line with mandatory legislation. Employers have a legal duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment and create a safe working environment including the need for Sexual Harassment Awareness Training for all workers. This training will ensure understanding of the legislation and statutory requirements of the Worker Protection (Amendment of the Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 and the Sexual Harassment and Harassment at Work Technical Guidance, introduced in October 2024 and how to implement the necessary frameworks and risk assessments within education settings.
