MAC’s project management skills were essential when installing LED lighting across six schools at the same time as removing asbestos. When a ten-classroom block suffered a serious roof collapse one weekend, MAC mobilised a structural engineer to be on site first thing the following morning. The roof had to be replaced, and MAC was quick to design, specify, secure contractors and manage the project, keeping us informed of challenges (discovery of asbestos in the roof), and finding solutions.
