Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) helps bring mindfulness to schools to achieve a culture shift in the approach to pupil’s mental health and wellbeing, treating the teaching of mindfulness as seriously as any other school subject. Mindfulness helps us enjoy our immediate environment, to understand ourselves better, and experience things we might have taken for granted.
Mindfulness introductory session
We have teamed up with MiSP to offer our clients access to an exclusive introductory session about how mindfulness could work in your school.
