In line with Education Mutual’s continued dedication to the education sector, they conduct annual research into the mental health and wellbeing of School Business Leaders working in state-funded primary, secondary, and special schools in England and Wales. The report, now in its third year, uses the term “SBLs” to represent the collective contributions of School Business Leaders, School Business Managers, HR, and Administrative staff. The Index aims to spark positive change to extend the benefits available to all working roles within the education sector.
