1. Now that we have launched the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, you will be required to re-register on the new system to access your membership benefits and renewal information.
In order to register, please use the following link: https://app.sheepcrm.com/isbl/
Once here, as a verification step, you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your ISBL Membership account.
2. You must register your account, even though you are already a member, as the new system needs to verify your account, and you must reset your password on this system for security.
On pressing register, you will be asked to confirm your details. If you use the same email address as is already associated to your account, then the system will recognise this and ask you to confirm that it is you.
3. The system will send you a verification code to your registered and confirmed email address. Please check your junk and other inbox within your account as your firewall settings may identify this email as junk.
4. Once you have confirmed your verification code, you will be asked to enter a new password. Please make sure that you meet the system security password requirements to create a valid and secure password.
Once you have created your password, then the system will allow you access to the ISBL member portal area.
5. You will then be taken to the member area where you can view your account and make bookings for events and training at member rates.
6. Now you can log in and access your account.
Please make sure that you log in straight away and update any saved passwords in your browser. Do not save your password on public computers, where someone else could log into your account.
