TG Escapes Modular Buildings have teamed up with a public sector funding partner to offer lease financing for their timber frame net-zero buildings under the **IFRS16 Maintained Schools Secretary of State Finance Lease Class Consent 2024**. These lease arrangements which are well established across the education sector allow schools and trusts to spread costs over a 10-year term with no upfront capital investment. The buildings are designed for a further 40-year lifespan.
